Order Cancellations
Orders that you submit online are processed immediately and may not be cancelled, and you may need to wait until you receive the merchandise in order to return it.
Digital Order Links
Digital order links will expire after 3 downloads. Please download immediately. Also, keep in mind after purchasing you will receive any updates for free moving forward. Email support@thenursesam.com for any questions.
Shipping
To initiate a return, please email us at support@thenursesam.com. We require a receipt or proof of purchase to accompany your return.

You are responsible for paying for all shipping costs for your returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of any return shipping will be deducted from your refund. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items of value.
Refunds and Exchanges
Return Policy
You have 15 days from the date of delivery to return/exchange your physical item(s).
Items must be unworn and unwashed. We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
We will accept exchanges within 15 days of the original purchase date with a valid receipt. The following items are considered "Final Sale" and cannot be exchanged:
- Accessories
- Beauty
- Sale Items / Discount Codes Used
- Study Gummies
- Digital Products (we also do not do price adjustments of any kind)
After We have received your valid return, We will send you an email to notify you that We have received your returned item and notify you of the acceptance or rejection of your return.
If your return is accepted by Us, We will provide one of the following within a reasonable time: an exchange of merchandise for the item returned, a non-transferable merchandise credit, a credit to the payment card or original method of payment used to pay for the item, a check, or another remedy that we determine in good faith is appropriate in the circumstances.
Lost/Missing Packages?
If your package is lost or missing, you must contact the shipping provider within 10 days of the expected delivery date of your order to file a claim and follow up with them. Make sure to have your tracking number and all address information available for them to research.
Please be sure you check with neighbors, roommates, family members or anyone else who may have been home or have access to your mail at the time the package was delivered.
TheNurseSam.com / Nurse Sam Global Media does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds, credits, or replacements for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.
General
If you do not comply with any of the above conditions, We reserve the right to refuse the return or exchange, or to impose different or additional conditions.
